It’s always a great thrill to see a story on the world wide web about our humble spot here on the mountain. Monica Humphries, a journalist, recently spent some time with our employee Jay Harshman. Don’t let his name fool you, he is anything but a harsh man and has a rather extensive knowledge of the property and its history. We would like to point out that The Gold King Mine is only 3/4 of a mile past the Jerome Fire Department. Haven’t been here before? Well Business Insider has. Read what Monica, via Business Insider has to say about the Gold King Mine Ghost Town and view her photographs, just outside of Jerome Arizona.
